A cutout done in reaction to the removal of the de minimus exemption on goods entering the USA, which comes into force on the 29/08/25. Thus putting my small business practically in mothballs. Marvellous
It is cut from billheads , cheques, receipts , letters with added heraldic seals.
The cutouts are collaged onto a 12cm x 12 cm printed background
The papersize is 16cm x16 cm
There is a 2cm border
